These modifications may be made, through their websites, in any way admissible by law and will be mandatory for as long as they are published on the Web and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones. However, MANA UNDERWRITING, S.L.U. reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Special Contracting Conditions in preference to these General Conditions when it deems it appropriate, announcing them in a timely manner.

As a customer, you expressly declare that you know, understand and accept the terms of use and these general contracting conditions. The data may also be communicated to third parties in the following cases:

- Once you have given your consent for the distribution and/or disclosure of your data.

5. Payment methods and order execution

The customer can pay the amount of their order with any of these payment methods: credit card, debit card, as indicated in the corresponding purchase form.

When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using a payment card number, its holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In this case, the corresponding debit and repayment annotations in the supplier's and account holder's accounts will be made as soon as possible.

However, if the purchase was actually made by the cardholder and the demand for return was not a consequence of exercising the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, having unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, the cardholder will be obliged to MANA UNDERWRITING, S.L.U. to compensate for the damages caused as a result of said cancellation.

Right of withdrawal and complaints

There is a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the insurance is taken out, during which you can cancel the policy and receive a refund of the premium paid, provided that it has not been used and therefore no claims have occurred. If after this period, you wish to cancel the policy, you will not have the right to a refund. If it is a travel insurance policy that includes cancellation coverage, the exercise of the right of withdrawal is not appropriate, since the coverage is simultaneous with its purchase. If it is a travel insurance policy without cancellation coverage, and the start date of the trip is within 14 days from the date of purchase, you can cancel before the start date of the trip and the full amount will be reimbursed.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact MANA UNDERWRITING, S.L.U. by sending an email to info@mana-uw.com, in which you must indicate your name, surname, ID number, policy number and locator of the contracted policy. Once verified that it meets the requirements for its return described above, the amount of the contracted product will be credited to the same payment method in which the initial purchase was made. You can contact MANA UNDERWRITING, S.L.U. at info@mana-uw.com for any questions or concerns. If you do not proceed with your return, you will be informed of the reasons for the rejection of your request via email.

The maximum period for studying your request will be 3 working days, from the date of its receipt.

In addition, we inform you that you can go to the following bodies to defend your rights as consumers:

- Consumer and User Organization.

- Councils in the branch of the Autonomous Communities.

- Municipal Consumer Information Offices in your municipality of residence.

- The different associations of consumers or users.

If there is any disagreement on your part as a result of the insurance coverage contracted under our intermediation, you can go to the insurer with whom you contract the insurance, which will be duly identified in the General Conditions of the subscribed policy. Don't forget to read them carefully before hiring, download them, and print them, if you wish. Under these conditions, you can find the complaint processes and competent bodies in the event of a possible discrepancy with the insurance company. 7. Jurisdiction

The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in the Spanish territory.
